Privacy policy
What we collect
Your account details (name, email), your Travel DNA (how you like to travel), your searches, and how you respond to recommendations. Sensitive requirements — accessibility, dietary, mobility and medical notes — are always optional, stored only with your permission, and deletable individually at any time.
How we use it
To choose and explain three trip recommendations for each search. If you allow behavioural learning, your rejections gently adjust future recommendations. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
When configured, we send structured, non-identifying trip data and your free-text search request to an AI provider (OpenAI) to interpret requests and write explanations. Prices and availability never come from AI.
Partners
When you click a booking link, the partner becomes responsible for the data you give them. We record that a click happened so we can be paid a commission.
Your controls
The privacy centre lets you view and edit your Travel DNA, delete individual answers, export your data, disable behavioural learning, disable sensitive-data storage, manage marketing consent, and delete your account entirely.
